Wouldn't it have been much easier if all dailys just reset at 11 pm pdt at normal reset every day no matter what time you did them at, well I do realize the actual combat dailys and writs do but the horse training and the DBH vendor and such like that would have been better just to reset at the reset timer every day just incase you forget to grab it when it actually resets?

Dailies do reset at one solid time. I'm in the States, Central. So it's 1AM for me.

Not sure about the horse training. Since it's 20 hours instead of 24, you can use that to your advantage to catch up if you are late.

I never got anything from the DBH vendor so I'm not familiar with the mechanic.

Yeah Dbh has the hour count down like the training have to wait exactly 18 hours.

Ah, you're talking about more than just dailies, but all timers.

That's fair. Unless there's some reason not to do it that way, it certainly seems like a more practical way to manage that and make it easier for players to work with.

Yeah I do know that 20h perk is nice for the training, but for the Dbh I sometimes forget to do it so the timer goes above the 18 hours and I kind of waste time inbetween trying again, i've been trying to get the decorative heart for the past 4 1/2 months and still haven't gotten one yet.

Attaching the timer to when the player does the daily has the advantage of that player knowing when they did the daily and when they can do it again. It also has the advantage of not accidentally screwing over any one time zone. Imagine, for example, someone whose playing time fell right over the proposed timer reset who would have to be precise with when they did each daily to avoid missing out on a daily due to the reset timer.
