Should you be able to steal or pickup ruby (CP150-160) items?

Currently when you pick up or steal any non dropped item in the ESO world it will only reach void level, CP140. Is this ok with today's meta?
When the new CP150-CP160 gear came in there was a big stink about farming it from IC, having to break it down each piece because there were no nodes. Now, with the introduction of Tamriel one and several new DLC, Ruby stuff is everywhere. It still only gives one ingot per piece, but most find it more efficient to farm nodes anyway. Meanwhile picking stuff off the ground or stealing is only useful for a quick break down or to fence, since it won't even give a useful material.

Yeah, pretty much. It made sense back when the IC dropped and ruby gear was supposed to be exceedingly rare. Once it became normal drops, the loot and steal should have been upgraded to 160. Especially now when those items are the only source for void tier items on CR150+ character.0
