Resto Staff Major Mending from heavy attack in Werewolf
Ok I have a restoration staff equipped I transform into Werewolf and perform a heavy attack and I do not get the three seconds of major mending.
1) Yes, I have werewolf ultimate on the bar
2) Yes, I verified the restoration staff is equipped on current bar.
Is this per design, or an unknown issue.

✭✭✭✭I think weapon passives drop when in WW? Not 100% sure, and not sure if it's consistent for all passives, but I believe they don't apply.Thrice Empress, Forever Scrub0 -

✭You lose weapon passives while in Werewolf form, this was an intended change made a while back. You still however, retain item set procs/etc.Old member of The Order of Mundus, Mostly Harmless, Hostile, and Genesis Elite. Avid theorycrafter. Herald to competitive stamina DPS pre 1.5. How far we've come!
