A skill that scale off health. So what does ZOS expect us to use? mag/stam DPS? It FREAKING scale off HEALTH.
so, guess we can only use it on tank right? and not those half heal/DPS tanks, you gonna stack health to use it right?
So what does health attribute points do? They add health! anything else? nope
So, the only way to use effectively is to stack health, the only possible way to use this skill is to make a tank that dedicate around health and this skill.
And ZOS be like:
Nonononono you can't do that

why would anyone think about this? that's not right so we gonna nerf it.
Well when you design something give it an answer about WHAT IT SHOULD DO, you don't just nerf it because it has a high use rate because guess what, you nerfed everything else to make it "viable" (templar-standard). I am rather curious about ZOS's answer about this, what do you want with blazing shield exactly??
I remembered there was a thread that Lambert posted some data explaining why they don't nerf heavy armor and impenetrable because "it's not highly used in cyrodii", so I kinda feel like their mind set is like this:
Ohhh look at all those sorcs, those players have a diversity of skills, excellent, no nerf on them, bravo!
Ohhhhh naughty templar, you see they are all using that set of skills again, we just have to nerf this set just like the set before patch. Why don't they just be diverse like sorcs??
