So how many and what type of monsters do you need to kill to get the reaper harvest crown crates? Can I get all three today? Are they account wide? Or can I get three on each cahatatcer? Is the rate of getting a mount pretty high?

Kill any enemy, except other players, those don't count.
Today is the last day pretty sure. You had to have killed an enemy Friday and Saturday too to get all three.
They'll be rewarded on the 27th.
