✭Yes I want to see mother lamae \(^‚ ,^)/Why not, though I think it's too little too late in the game's lifespan for that. If they made it accessible, no one would hang out there. We'd need an incentive to go there, such as a vampire questline.
Personally I'd be fine with them at least making the vampires at Ushmal's rest non-hostile (yellow) to vampire players. Even the Overlord. There's no real reason they need to be set to attack you on sight, so it'd be nice if there was some kind of kinship between vampires and getting to that shrine wasn't such a pain in the ass.2 -
