Weapons don't drop in rewards for the worthy anymore, so where can I get weapons for sets like Vicious death and Transmutation?

Yes, you can obtain weapons as a random drop in the Cyrodiil vendored reward boxes.
If you don't have enough AP for those, you can check the guild stores for weapons.0 -

Weapons don't drop as rewards for the worthy anymore that's the point. Towns don't sell Vicious death reward boxes etc. and now the prices in guild traders are ridiculous. 4 members of the customer service couldn't tell me how to obtain these weapons anymore and they said to check guild traders. Now there's an artificial inflation for no reason. I ain't the forum police. Just looking for an answer to a question2 -

As Tale mentioned you can still purchase them from the vendor reward boxes with ap, but its rng. For ad the elite gear vendor is at the east gate. They are 20k ap per box which is mixed in with 6 other sets so the chances of getting the right set, weapon, and trait are very low.
All of those weapons I sold to merchants as trash back in the day would have been worth so much gold today!
