Event Crown Crates

Reading the details on the event for the Reapers Harvest leaves me confused. I know ZoS has a amazing record of misdirection, vague phrases and unexplained mechanics but I thought this event would result in receiving a Reapers Harvest Crown Crate - Instead I got a Dwarven Crown Crate (Nix Hound, AGAIN!). The article says we are to our free Reapers Harvest Crown Creates on the 27th, but then why did I get a Dwarven one now? WTF is going on?!

Did you take part in the last free crown crate event ( Dwarven ) and take a break recently or forgot to open it ?
Will be from this event, you just had to log in for 3 days, iirc

I dont' recall the last event? There was another free crown create thing? Another thing I'm not certain about is it kill a creature per character or per account?

Do you get them for killing ANYTHING? OR does it need to be a boss?

You just had to log in each day with an active ESO+ membership from July 5th-9th for a total of 4 delivered on the 17th July

ANY monster/minion from any location, go kill a scamp, you get 1 crate for that day

It could have also been the free crate from preordering Morrowind that was still there.

I think the saddest thing is some people are bound to get one of the Uber rare ultra apex mounts from these crates.

I have no idea how someone can get so lucky, and then the people that get them usually don't even use them....

There was one and it looks like you recently logged in. So it's normal as expected.

It's pretty simple this time. Log in, kill a monster 1 pee day (Fri-Sat-Sun UTC 00:00-12:00) get a free crate per account per day. So 3.

Your crate was prob there before, from MW order bonus or the previous event. Unless you are 100% sure you didn't have any crates yesterday and one apppeared today in which case bug = profit.
