New skin hides vampirism, doesnt in preview :(

Really unhappy about this. Preview I had same vamp look but the cool glowing arms. Bought it, and skin has over written vamp, face is completely black arms way brighter

I know the vamp hiding requestors will love this but I think it looks daft, the preview SHOULD match what you get when you buy it, and vamps should look like vamps.

Yeah, this has been an issue... probably since Dark Brotherhood released, honestly. Before that skins would actually stack with vampirism, now they overwrite it. But, the preview function will still indicate your character is a vampire.

I saw posts with the last skin, but I tho k the complaints here were the opposite. That it looked to over right in preview, but didn't actually in reality (thus all those keen to hide Vamp - I.e. The MANY posts on here) will be happy.

But for me it was the reverse, didn't hide in preview but did when I got it.

Wouldn't mind it if the glowing cool stuff was visible, but ive just got a totally dark face and armour covers the rest. It's pointless.

I'll try it on last I guess, but hardly play those. Hey ***

I was let down with this skin as well. It looked pretty cool in preview on my vamp, gave some nice glowing eyes effect. I will still wear it some, but I liked the preview version better.

I'll be honest, I still miss the old version of the Mindshriven skin on a vampire.

That got "fixed," when Dark Brotherhood dropped. $:\$

Regardless of which version you prefer I think it's important that the preview should always match what you're actually going to get, otherwise it's basically false advertising in that what you're shown is not what you get.

^ and that's the issue. I'm sure some will prefer it this way and that's fine, but preview needs to work

Are you guys serious? End result was way better thsn preview, great skin. My orc dk looks terrifying. To each his own I guess. I find it funny there are a bunch of "hide vampirism" topics and when ZOS gives us skins that do that, people complain. I realize the issue is preview being different than actual skin, but thats been a known issue.

Yep I am @Icy_Waffles as ive never complained about hiding vamp, I'm fine with it.

And I haven't seen any threads cheering about it, after the million and 1 threads asking to hide it! Where are they all now lol.

The preview problem is flipped however. Last time it showed normal and on a vamp it was vamp styled. Which is the reason I got it this time as it looked 'fixed'

I found the same problem last night when I bought the skin too. I previewed in my argonian vamp, the vamp seemed to overlay the skin. I really don't like the way vamp looks. But the preview somehow made it look so much better.

Bought the skin, put it on whilst wearing the jester costume (helmet hidden)....ummmmm whys my head and tail gone black ☹️Really disappointed in it... now I'm back to running around with the jester helmet on to cover up as much of the vampire look as possible

Like most of us wear armour, so at least if the flames went over the face It would be cool, but others just have a black face, it's weird!

Are you joking. Its. A skin. Vampire isnt special. Skin over rides. Either preview on a nom vamp character or just chill until the well known issue is fixed

Personally, I love the fact Vampirism is hidden under the skin. If they change it, I want my damned Crowns back.
