Leveling skills Question

I am 28 level StamDK

My class skill trees are:
Ardent Flame lvl 29
Draconic Power lvl 29
Earthen Heart lvl 28

Two Handed lvl 20
One Hand and Shield lvl 31

Heavy Armor lvl 34
Fighters Guild lvl 5
Orc Skills lvl 28

Question.
Will I be able to level everything above to max by level 45? Assuming that I level only those skills above, nothing else

The reasoning behind is that I want to PVP at lvls 45-49, so to participate in non-Vet campaign.
And so want to have all those skills maxed out, thus to be most competitive at PVP

It will be hard to level 2 weapon skills to max by 45 tbfh if at all possible, all class skills, mmm unlikely too.

But they will be high, and most others won't have them maxed, so dont worry.

The thing is that I am trying to only level those skill line that will be relevant for my PVP for the period of level 45-49.
So now, I'm thinking about how should I do so, not to waste any unnessesary experience gain

use both weapons on the two bars and a combination of the skill lines and do dolmens.swap bars as needed.

honestly dont worry about it, even in cyro you wont stay long in those levels, you will be in 50+ if you want to or not.

    My advice.........

DON'T wait 'til level 45 to go to non vet get there asap......

My general plan of attack is from level 1 - 10 I collect as many skyshards as I can, tbh this usually runs me nearer to level 20, then I dive straight in!

Honestly level 45 -50 will go so damn fast you'll wish you went much earlier. Also don't fret to much about lack of skills everyone in that campaign is in the same situation. You will gain skills pretty fast whilst playing there, which is why I like to have as many skyshards collected as I can before I start :)
    When people say to me........
"You're going to regret that in the morning"
I sleep until midday cos I'm a problem solver!

If you have two skills from each class line on one bar, including the ult, when you close an anchor or turn in a quest, they should all be at least in the mid to high 40's. You'll get at least one to 50 if you have three skills sloted everytime you gain exp.

It'll be hard to get two weapon skills to 50 by lvl 45. You can push one if you sacrifice slots for class skills.

If you are wearing 7 pieces of heavy, it'll be maxed before you hit 40.

Focus on killing undead and deadra, should be doable.

Racial progress is tied to your level. You can't max it before level 50.
