Will battlegrounds have CPs after the new DCL?

I read it somewhere that Zos are going to make all BGs to have CP system on, is it true? There also won't be any option for non-CP BGs

Of course it might change, but the fact that it's on the PTS means it is most likely to be implemented
I really don't understand why are they doing so. First they were trying to easen the CP system by introducing non-CP campaigns and making BGs to be non-CP and now they are trying to bring the CP system back to PVP
I personally really dislike the CP PVP, guess they would be killing off my only PVP activity by making BG to be CP on0 -

✭It may be ZoS locked the non-cp BG on the PTS in order to force fights there. I'm guessing they need alot of data to look at balance issues. I play PC NA Vivec. I like CP Cyrodiil even if it makes my ESO experience tougher. That said I totally understand why some like non-CP. I honestly don't see how they can introduce CP BGs with a strait face knowing how totally OP and unkillable (with less then a zerg beaten em down) some builds are. It's going to be a disaster IMO.
