No-cp and small set objectives/groups meant that there were approx 3 builds that were at least 4-5 times more effective there than anything else.
CP will balance that stuff out a bit.

Yeah. CP will greatly balance that out when everyone tanks up just more because of the added resources and the mitigation increase. It's gonna be even more fun seeing people facetank than now.

Exactly, it will actually depend on skill instead of who gets the first crit to make the 2-shot happen.

You can have more cp, but just 660 can be used atm...

Another issue is that 3 out of 4 game modes heavily incentivize tanky builds. And even in Deathmatch it's advantageous as long as you coordinate well as group and get your kills through combined pressure on single targets. Can't wait to have more of Chaosball or CTR when CP are introduced and every tank is sitting on the objective for 15 minutes.
If only there were some little boxes one could tick in the queue...
