    NB can equip Resto Staff also on the back bar.

    Let's see.
    • Funnel Health/Swallow Soul - single target skill that damages enemy and heals you or you and an ally for 25% damage inflicted. Cheap, reliable spammable.
    • Sap Essence - AOE damaging skill that also heals you and nearby allies. Heal strength depends on number of enemies hit
    • Soul Tether - cheap AOE damaging ulti that also heals you, and allies can activate synergy for some heals as well.
    • Soul Siphon - another morph of same ulti that only heals you and allies, without damaging enemies.

    This was enough heals if you ask me. Self harming bs skill was not needed at all.

    I heal pretty good with healing ward/swallow soul/soul tether/champions light/degeneration
    I'm a PVE roleplayer concerned about my vampires stage 4 skin tone and keep getting load screens so I came here to distract people from major issues with a rant thread about my characters cosmetic appearance.

    Stamina NB should be played with Resto Staff.

    Nightblade has three forms of healing in the Soul Magic tree, sure they're not instant full bar hears but they're heals.

    Stamina heals have been a issue since we decided on the stamina/magicka meta, however they've always been handled by other skill lines

    A skill that heals allies but harms the NB. Am I missing something? Just a bit confused here.

    I think the idea is that you throw out some heals which give you a DoT, but use your own HoT to counter that.
    As a healing Nightblades main spam heal is a HoT (Funnel Health) then in theory you should be just at flat health or going up and down.

    The negatives I see with this though are how it's going to be slapping your shields down as well. It's an interesting idea but I am not sure how well it works in application. Hopefully we get some good feedback and the combat team makes some tweaks.

    I am speechless , who the hell modify this skill ?
    I give him 5 stars , he must be IQ 200+

    From my point of view
    Funnel health - Using for Light weaving , don't tell me you spam it when you are gonna die
    Sap Essence - Using for 20% dmg and urgent healing in the crowd
    Soul Tether - Will not equip
    Soul Siphon - Will not equip

    Magblade - Shield is enough or pick a restoration staff at back bar
    Stamblade - Vigor

    I think ZOS is going to change AGONY to another utility ( they should do it 3 years before lol ) , but the direction is totally wrong , top 5 stupid modify in ESO history :smile:

    one of the morphs (or base?) is self cast, and heals you for more then it hurts you.

    if your using this skill your probably using funnel health, these combined with regen (from resto) give magicka NB even more group and self HoT skills and I'm rather looking forward to trying it out.

    plus the self damage seems more flavorful then insta kill yourself, yes I'm sure if you sat there doing nothing and had no hp regen you could probably run yourself out of hp and kill yourself.

    but then people could also probably die to a single mudcrab if they agro'd it and did nothing.

    Agony was a gimpy skill before this. Not useful.

    Maybe this change will evolve in the future into something better.

    But make sure you have a Soul Magic skill slotted and Vicious Death. If you kill yourself you go out with a bang! :trollface:

    Seriously though if you die from this will it proc Vicious Death?

    Amusingly, Nightblade Healers have been the preferred second healer for Vet Trials intermittently over the years. Though, I'm not sure if that's still the case post-Morrowind.
