For past two days, I been having trouble queuing with people without dlc? Anyone else having this issue?

It asks me every day 10+ times on most dungeons if I'm ready, over and over again.

Queue for 30 minutes, leave queue. Queue for 15 minutes, leave queue. Queue for 40 minutes, leave queue ...
Queue again for 20 seconds, queue pops and I'm in a group.
So how are you supposed to know when you're not really in the queue?1
