Have you ever considered... giving some better feedback than telling them they don't play the class?

I mean... maybe then they could work with that feedback? Wrobel is pretty awesome to talk to about skills and very open in how he designs them, if you can have a back and forth with him (or just debate why you think these changes are bad) he's going to take note.

More so than telling him no one at his company plays a Nightblade.

It's been that way ever since beta, "Play as you like" as long as you wear a pretty skirt and wave a wooden stick.

Mass Hysteria is still hands down the best CC in the game and now the other morph is looking really shiny. I'm going to play around with it personally.

In regards to the Agony change... Literally nobody has played with this new change yet so let's not cry the sky is falling quite yet? Wait I forgot these are the ESO forums, where a drop of rain hits the ground and everyone around goes into a panicked frenzy.

Edit: My brain is already thinking of ways the new Agony ability could be used to curious effects... Maybe on a heavy armor character to keep the constitution and wrath ticks going?

typically a sorc comment........... nothing else expected from such

well there have been such attempts by guys like Giliamtherogue or Jeckll (who stopped playing ESO recently, while dissappointed) and nothing coming back from ZOS so pls stop to enjoy your ZOS with such annoying post for those who play and pay this game

If you have some good feedback shoot the team a DM on the forums, or link them to a thread.

The fact skills have been updated shows they're paying attention and trying to solve the one morph always or never use this skill issues.

It seems the expectation however is exactly what each individual or gathering of players wants, right away, with no leeway.

I didn't use agony in my rota before, so I don't care that change. But I really wonder how ZOS thinks that this should be used as a healer. A HOT, that hearts the healer? Really? Perhaps, if you take away that penalty.

But I don't think that it is much of a nerf, just a try from ZOS to find a use for an unused skill.

    Mass hysteria nerf. Really?

    Agony redesign:

Healing allies, while taking 50 % damage to myself and potentially kill myself with it.

It's quite obvious, ZOS tries to get rid of NB's..

In the same time, you don't really see nerfs to other classes, especially sorcs..

Play as you like they say. Yea, play as you like, as long as you don't play with NB.

i was once on like 30k resist, 40k health...got hit with the mass hysteria and started a 7 second dart to a corner where i lost complete control of my character...near the end of the fear the nightblade finally fought his way through 2 of my buddies to hit me with a wreckling blow to add some more time to my loss of control. --> i died.

so bleep your mass hysteria, but i'm going to miss it on MY nbs! hahahah

I just want spear shard back as it was for my magplar. I only ask this

Magblade: sucks in cyrodill, one of the best 1v1.
Magsorcs: one of the best in everything
Stamnb: best survaivability in the game
    Stamdk: easymode
Stamsorc: A little bit less easymode
Magplar: God in group, insect in solo
Stamwarden: God in solo, God in group
Magwarden: Good in group, Meh in solo
MagDK: Really good for 1v1, meh solo, good in group (next patch will be good in solo too)
Stamplar: Sucks in group, sucks in solo, sucks in duels
I meme, but my memes are so truthful they hurt

Yeah Agony is absolutely useless now though. They could have at least used it to make a self heal for NBs so that we wouldn't have to use Vigor or something.

I tried it every now and then in PvP, when I was trying a Dot Build but Flame Reach was always better so at the end I never used Agony again...

Lets be honest, anything is better than the current Agony... Literally ANYTHING...

Mag Sorc here... I'm currently sitting at 728 AvA kills, and according to my journal, the majority of those kills have been Nightblades. On the flip side, I'm fairly certain that the vast majority of my deaths have been at the hands of Nightblades. I would rather fight any other build, than a Nightblade, because I have trouble coping with the constant stuns and virtual insta-deaths. That being said, I am absolutely against nerfing any aspect of Nightblades. They are squishy at best, and once the initiative is lost, the options become rather limited, especially when I spam Scorching Flare to keep them from stealthing away to try again.

the skill will only hurt yourself if you put it on a friendly player, so no wrath ticks or so if you solo. I tested in pts. also the 50% less heal is only on the skill itself if solo does not apply to other heals.

I have not been able to test if the wrath or seventh legion will apply if you put it on a friend either, have to find someone to test with.

Nightblade is strong - and it will still be next patch, maybe even stronger than now. Actually, I'm pretty sure the new destruction staff will fit magblade pretty good - and the changes to vdsa-bow makes bow-wielding stamblades happy.

I barely used Agony before and I'm probably not going to be very interested in Malevolent Offering, but that doesn't mean ZOS hates nightblades. To the contrary, I feel like we're allowed to play again after Homestead.

As long as they don't kill it dead completely and remove ALL chances for a successful build I will survive. Maybe not in PvP or anything, but I'll still have access to a fun class :/
One thought is that they are pushing NB's into a corner. Requiring NB's to be more resourceful? Nobody puts NB's into a corner.

In pve mageblade is top range dps and stamblade can compete with stamdk. I've also played with great nb healers in four man.

In pvp They are the king of large scale group pvp dmg and seem to do fine in small scale and bg's.
