Most new players and people i know only play ESO as a single player game. They hate the elitist control over group content. So as time goes on less people will be doing that content. Its the game developers fault for making group content less about fun and more about special loot. This trend needs to end in mmo's. Go to other game sites and you will see how people hate how they always get kicked from groups because someone said their gear or dps sucked. These people will never come back and try this content. They will trash the elitism on other game sites.

Realize that only 1 out of tens of players you see in starting locations will be a dedicated player who will later join vMoL or vHoF trials.
For every old player going we need at least 30 new players just to keep end game with healthy population.
It's becoming very difficult to find trial groups (and vet pledges).
Old player or streamer moving to another game causes a chain reaction. Like when ESO player enters Deltia's blog and reads about another game, it's like he already making a step in that direction.
Time to think about new generation of players.

@iiYuki normal trials don't require any crazy CP investment, people have just become very snobbish in PvE in regards to what's required. You should be able to find trials with ease via a casual PvE guild.
Trials are not a great LFG thing because of the need for specific compositions and knowledge of mechanics. If you're on PC EU I could probably introduce you to some people to help you try the trials on normal.
