✭✭✭✭✭There is a population cap in PvP so it doesn't matter. All factions are usually at the cap or near it.
People typically have characters in every faction because of how racial passives work.
The most popular PvE faction will probably be EP because that's where Skyrim and Morrowind are located.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭Idk but basically just have a look at the population numbers in a campaign during prime time. All factions have good number in one campaign or another. Just don't play AD. They lose all campaigns always.0 -
