ESO Membership problem

So I log into my XBox ESO account to find that my ESO membership has somehow disappeared, but I have a recurring payment. What is going on? THere was a charge from MSFT on Sept 11, 2017 and ESO membership has been active since ESO came out.

Anyway, I will just wait...
