It's actually quite hard to nail and half of the time you'll miss the fishing platform by 2 inches and have to dismount... But when you hit it perfectly **** it feels good!
I got one for you. In Orsinium, as you leave the Mages Guild or the Museum and you head towards the bank, there is a place to jump the river rather than the bridge to land on the docks on the far side. But, your timing must be perfect on the jump or you will miss the landing. I have done this maybe twice in 100 or more attempts.
