Bard song being played in my house

So a bard is playing in my house Hakkvild's High Hall. I've no idea how it started, and why. It is only in a small portion of the house:

Its not the first time it happens to me that I enter a place and there is a random bard playing but that does not appear anywhere. There is no bard physically!

Its hilarious to move the camera though.

I don't have a proof video, but also encountered this bug today in Ravenhurst.

Something tells me its the same kind of bug that I had 2 years ago. In a small portion of a ship, if I entered, I would hear the werewolf sound effects, if I got out, not anymore. My friends didn't hear it.
