✭✭✭✭✭In my opinion, a movie wouldn't ruin the game for me. The game will still be awesome no matter what, even if the movie was disappointing.
I always thought the main quest-lines of Bangkorai or Wrothgar would make good movies, so long as the movie studios actually paid attention to getting the lore right. If the studios decided to fill the movie with unicorns or something, I'd hate it. I don't trust Hollywood to care about getting the lore and Elder Scrolls background/atmosphere right. They'd probably just see dollar signs in front of their eyes and say "OK, make Lord of the Rings, but call it Elder Scrolls!" and they'd do whatever the heck they wanted to with the stories and lore.

✭✭✭✭✭Tiber Septims rise to power and eventual conquest and unifying of TamrielNordic war movies have been absolutely done to death, so Ysgramor is out for me. I don't think there's enough canon plot in the Alessian rebellion to make a good movie without inventing whole swathes of new lore, which, yanno, would not be super great, because Hollywood. That leaves Tiber Septim's rise to power, which has tons of potential, I would just not actually trust Hollywood to treat the source material well or grapple with the complex and problematic themes of empire building. Would probably be a total hagiography. Still gets my vote, though, because maybe this time it wouldn't be terrible!Men'Do PC NA AD Khajiit
