Advice on a new laptop required please

CelticBlaze
I'm buying a new laptop and want to make sure that it can run ESO. It has a AMD A-12 processor and a AMD R7 series Vid card. Is this enough to run ESO?
Key specifications:
Operating system: Windows 10 Home
Processor: AMD Quad-Core A12-9720P
Memory: 12 GB DDR4 SDRAM (2 DIMM)
Hard drive: 1TB 5400RPM Serial ATA hard drive
Graphics: AMD Radeon R7 Graphics
Wireless: 2x2 802.11ac WLAN and Bluetooth
Optical drive: DVD-Writer

Your advice and assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

The minimum requirements listed below are what the laptop will need to meet.

    Operating System: Windows 7 32-bit
Processor: Intel® Core i3 540 or AMD A6-3620 or higher
    System RAM: 3GB
Hard Disk Space: 85GB free HDD space
    GPU: Direct X 11.0 compliant video card with 1GB RAM (NVIDIA® GeForce® 460 / AMD Radeon™ 6850) or higher
    Sound: DirectX compatible sound card
    Internet: Internet Broadband Connection

From the laptop specifications you've posted, everything meets the minimum requirements except possibly the graphic card. The exact AMD Radeon R7 card would need to be known, which you may be able to find from checking the laptop manufacturers website.
