Random but not random

So it seems as though "random" Dungeons is not what is really wanted.
Perhaps it would be nice to be able to choose like maybe 3-5 of the dungeons to opt out of when running your daily random.
If this were the case would you be willing to forgo a percentage of the 100k XP you get.
Say you opt out of 1 you lose 10% of XP, 2-20% and so on up to 50%.
There would have to be a penalty for opting out, you can't have your cake and eat it too.

Would this be an option that some might find acceptable?
Would this be an option Zos might find acceptable or willing to implement?

    DLC dungeons should be toggleable.

Indeed. DLC dungeons should be the ones that you can select. DLC-dungeons starting at level 10 is just not done. Litteraly...

We should have a third category.

Normal (I and II) 50K Exp Blue Reward Email
Vet I 80K Exp Purple Rewards Reward Email
Vet II and DLC 120K Exp Purple Rewards Email

No it would not be acceptable to opt out.
Adding the possibility to opt out would probably just add new bugs but don't solve the problem.
(btw @Nestor I'd say Wayrest 2 or Elden 2 are way easier than Blackheart or Tempest Island)

In my opinion the entire system needs to be enhanced. Instead of "random" and specific, there should be 4 categories that you can choose when queuing:
    1. I need help
    2. I want to help
    3. I want to farm
    4. I want to do daylies

    1. This is the default option. If you choose this, you will be put in a group with up to two players from category 2 (if possible) and the other(s) will be category 1. You will only be put into fresh groups that are just about to start the dungeon. You will be only put into "easy" dungeons unless you completed at least X of them. The reward will be something that is useful for new players.
    2. This option can only be chosen if you completed nodeath, hm and speedrun for X dungeons. You will only be put into dungeons for which you have those achievements. You will preferably be put into runs with category 1 players that are stuck mid dungeon. The reward will be something that is useful for experienced players (e.g. trait change stone or plants).
    3. In this mode you can only select dungeons that you completed before. Everyone in your group will want to farm the same dungeon as you. No additional rewards apart from the normal loot.
    4. To use this, you need to have completed any X dungeons, to be put into a dlc daily, you need to have completed that specific dungeon. One dd in your group can be from the category 1, the rest will be from category 2 or 4. No additional rewards.
