Are there any magicka attacks that are also considered melee?

I think any attack under 10 meters is considered melee. Is this correct?

That would include the DK flame lash, Venomous claw (and other morph)
obviously most stam weapon offensive abilities
Some nightblade offensive abilities
and Some templar offensive abilities

The ones I can think of are concealed weapon, templar sweeps, dk whip.

Zos logic makes answering this difficult. Concealed Weapon is a melee ability. And also reflectable. So it's not melee.

I'm pretty sure only stamina skills count as melee unless they changed something recently.
Short range magicka skills used to have the advantage of being undodgable, but zos decided to change that at some point.

Do you mean Hidden blade and it's morphs???

I know I've been hit by hidden blade (or a morph of it) and it proc'ed viper's sting
