I will always need for more classes in the game... Monk Kung Fu Khajit - with martial art staff and straw hat, Alchemist - throwing bombs and potions , Bard as support rather then healer, and Arificer and Arifact collector of alyed and dwemer ruins

Earrindo✭✭✭✭✭I think it is inevitable we will meet him. Clearly they have done a lot of character design work on Sotha Sil, and it wouldnt make much sense to spend all that effort on a character design if they werent going to make the character.
Also, if Sotha Sil's clockwork city is in peril, its pretty unlikely we WON'T be talking to the grand artificer himself.
Sotha Sil was also always my favorite, and the ending for him in TESIII was a real thorn in my side, and seemed really half baked, even back then. I spent ages trying to recreate a living version of him in 3ds max, but never quite got the look right.
He is much more "normal" now though, compared to in TESIII, essentially dunmer looking but with a clockwork arm/hand it looks like.
I really am intrigued by the presentation of the Tribunal. Almalexia appears as a Chimer, totally golden skinned. Vivec is divided, half Chimer, half Dunmer, and from the ESO concept work for Sotha Sil, he will appear as completely Dunmer. It gives an interesting perspective on how the Tribunal each sees themselves in relation to the Dunmer people as a whole.
anyhow, tangent aside, I am quite certain we will be able to meet him in the Clockwork City.1
