It can, in theory (at least), be corrected. But the programmer must have enough information about each specific event in order to duplicate the behavior of the software. So you must take a screenshot when that happens. After combat ends, use the < F1 > key, or enter the command /bug in the Chat Window input box. Then choose Submit Feedback from the menu that is displayed, and choose the appropriate drop-down choices until a text entry box is displayed. Describe the problem in the text box, and be sure to checkmark the box below the text entry box to attach the screenshot before you use the Submit button.
i had been hit thru walls in cave and ruins and i cant hit back, since some mobs are in the wall casting bolts or ammo.
