Since this update my fps dropped -everywhere- by about 20-25... am i the only one experiencing this? Anything they changed?
Just a quick update. I used the repair option and my framerates seem to have gotten better.

Where's the rest of your cores gone?
It's a 4 core processor? As you can see from the image, all 4 cores are used equally. I am using the numjobthreads/worker requested threads=4 tweak, although that has caused crashing in the past.

I'm also getting a pretty even split across all my cores and I haven't done any sort of tweaks or anything to achieve that

The thing about MMO's is it's very hard to benchmark from moment to moment, due to the number of other players running around and doing stuff all around you.
Doing absolutely nothing at all will give me 60 FPS one minute and 45 FPS 5 minutes later.

As per the earlier post in this thread, make sure you're not using the shriven horse and skin as they seem to be bugged and causing performance issues.

I have tried with addons, without addons, with no programs running on my computer since eso, nothing works
Ever since Horns of the Reach, the second i enter PvP combat, my FPS is all over the place. No lag or ping issues, all entirely FPS related. You can even see it in my streams, ill be running around doing stuff and everything is fine, then i got to fight someone and i get between 19-25 FPS.
I almost forget what its like to pvp at 50-60 fps >.>Just a quick update. I used the repair option and my framerates seem to have gotten better.

I'll try this when i get home. sometimes the most basic fixes can be the ones that do the trickAs per the earlier post in this thread, make sure you're not using the shriven horse and skin as they seem to be bugged and causing performance issues.
lol wait is this for real?

I switched back the tweak to the previous "0" setting and saw no difference in the thread usage either. So I don't think that setting does a whole lot.
Interesting that your thread count is at 110 (8 core), while mine is at 57 (4 core). It looks like the game does a pretty good job of using extra cores from our data anyway. I just don't know why it doesn't max out the CPU (or GPU) usage wise. If my FPS is lower than cap, one or the other should always be trying to use more cycles.

They're probably deliberately wrecking fps each patch so that by time the "performance patch" goes online it'll basically take us back to almost as good as it used to be like three patches agoand call it a win.

Some ppl think you're joking but this is actually kind of true.
HotR disabled prominent allied AoE effects which was meant to improve performance drastically. Instead I still overtime get pulled down to constant 5-10 FPS invHoF on console (PS4 *Pro*). Overall I feel that the game became worse performance-wise which got covered up when possible by the visual disabling of certain allied effects.
Clockwork City aka next patch is suppossed to "improve FPS by 15-20%". What I want to know is how abysmal the trials will still be..... 10 FPS x 1.2 = 12 FPS. We need a 200% performance boost, not 20%...
