Bugged Telvanni quest

Quest name: Heart of a Telvanni
Objective: Escape the Mine
When I get to the big door in the large part of the mine, I can't use the door and the NPCs that are supposed to be there have disappeared, preventing me from progressing further in the quest.
Has anyone else encountered this bug and if so do you have any solution to it?
Please help.

Remove loot boxes or riot

✭✭✭✭✭Re log into the game see if that sorts it. You could also try leaving.the delve then come back but you might be able too. I know the quest did work as I have done it on two characters
But first make sure you have completed all.objectives.
Finally the universal quest reset is to abandon it and pick it up again.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

If you're still having the issue, try completing the quest without using the Knock-Out powder on anyone.
