✭✭✭✭A friendly advice: For CP10-160 it's more or less acceptable since it's quick - you start out with 4.8M illumination - and you'll be done with it in a few days since it opens up the max tier gear but if you already have more than CP160 definitely don't. Use that time to learn the game instead and you'll get max CP in a few months anyway, but without burning out and also learning to play in the mean time.Beta tester since February 2014, played ESO-TU October 2015 - August 2022, currently on an extended break

Yes I did have this in mind, so thank you for the advice.
You can actually combine both by doing random normal dungeons. You will also learn some of the mechanics that way and get some gear to last you till CP160.Beta tester since February 2014, played ESO-TU October 2015 - August 2022, currently on an extended break
