Stuck in dialogue with the guards and bounties

So this has been happening for a while now and i haven't been able to play properly....
So to start things off, cheeky little me steals something or pickpockets someone and gets a disreputable bounty. Thing is i'm a sorcerer and i usually have clannfear out. Guard stops me to ask for my bounty.
Clannfear attacks the guard without me attacking it. Stuck in dialogue screen the guard kills me while i'm able to do nothing at all. not even move. The only solution is to revive and log back in after logging off.
Why not disable clannfear while in a city? Welp, i did that. Clannfear was unsummoned and i entered a city...i was stopped once again after stealing from a lockbox, but the dialogue does NOT appear as i get an even higher bounty even tho the guard wasn't attacked. Same story i get killed, i revive, stuck in the dialogue kind of screen with no options other than relogging in...

✭It was previously explained as a pathing error of the guard trying to reach you, within conversation distance, and unable to.
It's best not to be running onto uneven terrain that you can't just run over easy or go up stairs when a guard may stop you or jumping over things.
Other than that, conversations have had odd issues such as incorrect focus positioning for a while now and maybe lag is also affecting it for you.
Best tip I got for you though is to get a lot of those pardons. You get them from the Tip Board thieves guild missions and the Dark Brotherhood contracts I believe. Both can be repeated as many times as you want each day.
If you have those you can clear 500 bounty a pop. I use them after every time I get spotted from as safe a location before a guard can get in range as I can find.0 -
