Can we atleast get option to see our own deposits in guild bank?

Please allow us to see our own deposits in guild bank. Because of guild bank deposit bug its now impossible to tell if your deposits actually go into guild bank, being in 5 trading guilds this is an issue. This could actually cause people to get kicked because if deposits they thought they made glitches and wasn't counted. I've had several occasions where I deposited gold and it just disappeared, checking deposit history was only way to verify and now we can't. Could somebody at ZoS either fix guild bank deposit bug or let us see our own deposits. Thanks!

I can't be the only one who has an issue with this...guild bank deposit bug is still a thing. I've lost over 100k in deposits because of it

You are not alone. ZOS is known to make "overshot" changes. This, and the friendly skill effect in combat.

Only time I've noticed this happen is if you don't let the bank load before depositing. I always totally let the bank load, then press the key to deposit funds.

People will start caring when they start getting kicked from their trading guilds for not paying weekly dues, when they actually did...its Friday guys, time to pay your weeklys with no way to verify if it actually deposited without glitching. Don't worry I will message you before I kick for not paying, but others might not!

Yes! I've had a couple of instances of my deposits to guild banks not going through. I want to see my deposit to make sure the guild received it. I need a bank receipt!

I personally prefer to take a picture of my deposits to avoid any disputs etc.

I'm a leader in a Rawl'kha Trade Guild. I STILL have members AND Officers getting the gold deposit bug. It isn't that they aren't letting the bank load. They will let it load and the gold will still poof. One instance was with my Raffles Officer putting in gold for a member that was going to be away. It was the ONLY deposit he did and it just went poof. He could see it cause he is an officer, but a regular member (like the one that asked me today) wouldn't know till the next day. We send receipts for our raffle tickets. She noticed hers was short a ticket and asked me to check it. She would have known yesterday it wasn't there IF regular members were able to see THEIR OWN deposits. I LOVE the fact that we can hide the gold amount in the guild banks, but with this bug still prevalent the members NEED to be able to see their deposits. Even it if is just for a 48 hr time frame. One of our members made the suggestion of making it a small chat notification to the person, similar to what you get when an item you had on the guild store sells. We appreciate the effort and time that went into this change, but PLEASE find a way to kill this bug or let our members know their deposits go through.

Yes please! Since the introduction of being able to hide your own bank balance (Greatly Appreciated) The same rule also hides any deposits and withdrawals into the bank.

Please make these separate options. Most Trade GMs want their members to be able to see if their deposits have gone through and allow transparency within the guild knowing their deposits are not being withdrawn by others not related to potential Trade Bids etc and for for reassurance of meeting potential requirements.

We would like another option for this or so the hide bank gold balance only hides the overall bank gold balance!

Agreed, its a serious problem. Huge oversight on ZoSs part...hopefully they will come up with a solution

In my opinion a viable solution would be adding 2 more tabs to guild history, personal deposits and personal withdrawals. That way you could see your own deposits/withdrawals, but not everybody else's if the GM of the guild doesn't want you to. Then everybody is satisfied.....please ZoS do something!

Zos has known about this bug for how long now??? Long before the Hide gold feature. And yet they still refuse to address it. It was even posted on their so called bug page before the hide gold feature was added so yes they knew and they could have fixed it then but they decided not to for some reason. I know in my guild, We are still debating on what to do. But we also have our members check behind their deposits and if they go poof, to send a ticket in to Zos. Maybe, Just maybe, if we are really lucky and cross our fingers and toes and wish upon a falling star Zos might fix this . (I know highly doubtful wishful thinking Zos would actually fix something).

But yes Plz for the love of all things.. Add the option to let the guild members see only their deposits or something.

The solution is not to make a tab or anything to show player specific deposit history in the guild tab. It is to prevent a deposit being made before the inventory fully loads.

Unless something changed the player can easily look at the history right after making a deposit, or thinking a deposit was made, to verify. However, as @MissBizz suggested in an earlier post, the player should wait until the guild inventory loads before changing to the deposit tab to help mitigate the deposit not occurring.

Following that make the best sense because it lessens the chance the player will not lose gold in the process. Adding tabs or something to track it does not prevent the player from losing that gold.

This. I actually thing it is a bug as the new permission talks about gold not items.

It would just inform you that your guild dues did not go through so you can rectify the situation as you see fit...

Can you not see the most recent deposit? I'm not in a guild that requires a donation. I've seen were I can see what was deposited recently though. Granted, this might have changed in the last update.

However, not sure why losing the gold isn't a concern.

I think by default it still have everyone access to view gold.. so if your guild didn't care to change it you could still have permissions to see those transactions

If you're on PC you can get guild addons that show your deposited gold in your tooltips in the guild roster window.

Oh snap! So, this is a bug, then. I thought it was just a permission option thing where, perhaps, the GM sets for those only in certain rank can or can't view that. I'm in one of such guild now which I joined not too long ago. I just thought, since I'm fairly new, I haven't reach that rank for the permission. I just basically deposit whatever each week. Yeah, normally I check the history after every deposit, cause, in the past, I know there is a bug or something going on where the deposit doesn't show up. However, you can still access and view the history of the guild. Yeah, didn't realize not being able to view or have access to the history is a bug.. dammit!

Its not a bug, the bug is where your deposits you make don't get counted. Viewing just makes it so you know it happened

What is so difficult about looking at the bank deposit history to see if the transaction was logged?

Seriously, after you hit the deposit key, back out of the banker and look at the guild bank history. You should see your name there, if not the most recent deposit than among the most recent handful.

They changed it where the GM can change that permission, you can't actually see deposit history. That's the whole issue

@ZOS_GinaBruno what is the status of a fix on this bug

Just lost an entire weekly guild trader bid to this bug. It is very depressing.

On the bright side Fast customer service fix, thank you. I would also like to thank the authors of pChat and Lootdrop addons for making it possible to see the exact time of the bug.
