Nearly correct, im german, it says , sorry, on the EU Server we encountered Problems, the Maintenance will be circa 2 Hours longer. Also, in German they say its applying a new patch, not patch maintenance. Whatever that means, English ZOS is very quiet today, i have to say

Germany is a country in Europe. Also, with the biggest population in Europe with around 86 mil citizens. And, i have seen Gina write at any Hour. THIS is the moment CURRENT on the German:Heute sind wir einen Schritt weiter: Der Fix wurde an die Liveserver übermittelt und wartet dort nun auf einem letzten QA-Check.

I am also having similar issue.
when patch failing then after repairing every time Launcher is downloading around 1.3 GB files.

Yep. It's been broken since at least June 3rd. I posted a thread about it a week later.0
