There is never a reason to kick someone just because of his class choice. Personally i was playing a nb healer and never got kicked in any dungeon, including vet dungeons. I had once a tank who wanted to kick me right at the start of a dungeon, because "only templar can heal", but the votekick didn't went through.
It is so wrong that players kick other players because of their class choice, especially healers. I dont care about class, tbh im not bothered if they can heal or not in a normal dungeon, a vet dungeon is a different matter. You gotta have a good healer but then you also have to have a good tank and good dds. For me, its how well you play your role.

Non- Vet right...?...so who cares.. as long as he/she does not suck at healing
honestly, i think having bad and/or low lvl damage dealers is way more annoying than a low lvl or sub meta healer in normal dungeons because it just takes longer to finish the dungeon...in fact most of the time i'd even prefer having 3 dds when i play a tank in normal...
Healers are not needed even in vet dlc I'll take a great tank any day and three dps over a healer. With all the self heals in the game healers just are not needed. But a tank is having someone hold the boss and mobs so u can just dps makes all dungeons go faster. IMO healers are obsolete and a waste of a spot in 4 man dungeons.

I'd rather go for "non-Templar/Sorc." Warden is in my opinion rather annoying and useless. Never the less I don't care as long as it works.
I only start complaining or kicking when healers think buffing isn't their job, but not in normal either, since I don't realise it in those 10 sec fights anyway.

Do people seriously kick someone who they think is not the right class in a NORMAL dungeon?
You can basically do anything you want in a normal dungeon and still complete with ease...
I would think about how even though in ESO and TES games you can play many different ways the forums will be full of people complaining that a character wasn't a wow Fotm.
Then I would mutter something about stupid people and laugh.
