    Just go to your account page and delete your credit card information so they can't charge you again.

    Its a known problem on xbox and NEVER been fixed.. Your sub gets renewed on the first of the month, on your actual date of eso+ renewal you get credited with the crowns, you have dlc access, you have the craft bag etc and then anytime later ( even within an hour) your eso+ priviledges are gone leaving you with nothing to show for it except 1,500 crowns, no craft bag, no dlc's etc.

    I know what OP means. ZOS (more importantly) will know what OP means and when OP finally gets a response from ZOS if he/she can find a way to submit a ticket without jumping through hoops they will tell him/her that its a M/soft problem, M/soft will tell him/her its a ZOS problem and that the only remedy is to cancel eso, take a refund and reactivate eso+ again. Or OP could sit it out, lose two -three days of eso+ and the problem generally rectifies itself.. but why should they lose money for time spent without a sub that he/she has paid for? (which incidently time lost is never re=imbursed as a form of accepting liablity or even a goodwill act of apology by either m/soft or ZOS).

    Two giant sized companies who can't get one simple thing right between them, Sony manage eso+ perfectly well with ZOS yet with m/soft its just a cluster ***.

    Stop subscribing. It's frustrating and I've found without it now for a few months is less frustrating.

    We should've known when the game launched with it hidden that it was going to be a problem....the fact it was never fixed seems to align with many other reported and known issues.

    When they began the annual chucnk of crown deposits I then should've known they had no intention on seeking a solution.

    Their feedback is still call Xbox and get a refund. Xbox stop giving refunds to me due to the frequency, good luck tho if you continue to subscribe. Notice we didn't even get the updated tiers of subs added.
