Game crashing after use of text chat.

When using the text chat with keyboard on Xbox One S, the Game suddently crash to xbox home screen. For a minute before crashing I'm unable to type in chat.

ZOS_BilladminHave you only experienced crashing when using the keyboard on your Xbox One S? You may want to try plugging the keyboard into a different USB port on the Xbox One S and see if that helps. Power-cycling the console could also help resolve the crash.
To power cycle an Xbox One:- Turn off the console by holding the [Xbox button] on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will power down.
- Disconnect the power cable from the back of the console. After 30 seconds reconnect the power cable to the back of the console.
- Turn the console back on by pressing the [Xbox button] on the console or the [Xbox button] on the controller

KataristozSoul ShrivenThank you for your reply. I will try the above, and see if that might help. The problem seems less frequent when in low populated areas.
