    They did say it includes vMA and DSA weapons, so I assume it would be shoulder pieces too

    Officially it was said that you can retrait any item you want except for jewelry, In the statement released it specifically mentions Trials, Vma and Vdsa gear as being included with the "any items you want except for jewelry" statement. Monster sets are not really anything special in the greater scheme of things so they will be included within "the any items you want" category.

    They had the helm in July. Never the shoulders, at least according to my knowledge and the logs from the OP.
