I'm talking about the Elite gear vendors in base camp - so North Morrowind gate for EP (for pvp sets Fruy, VD, Marksman etc)......which box do I need for shields? I've spent a mil on weapon boxes already, but not got one shield of any set, let alone the one I'm after?
