Lots of quest where to start?

I've just started playing this game and just finished the main story quest. Now I'm starting to do the quest in each zone but I don't know where to start.
Should just do the zone stories? Full on quest achievements? Skyshards? Guild quest? I'm a huge fan of elder scrolls lore so I don't skip any dialogue so I find my self playing hours and not even getting close to the zone quest achievement. I know it's a good problem to have but my only thought is holy crap there are a bunch more zones that I haven't even touched.
So where should I start. How do you guys go about making a dent in the amount of content there is?

✭✭✭Just wathever pleases you. I use to advance from region to region completing all of the quests (incluiding alliance main quest of that region, and guilds quests for that region), delves, anchors, skyshards and dungeons there. Once i´m done, advance to the next region. It´s methodical and effective.0 -

Thanks! Right now I'm doing exactly what you suggested. My thought were to do all of the quest achievements for my faction then try some of the DLC. Initially I was going to do all of the leveling zones for all of the factions but then I thought it would be months before I even get to touch any of the DLC that way. So this feels right to me to do a DLC or 2 before I do Cadwell's silver or gold.0
