Some NPC don't talk to Argonian (German racist?)
In the German Client some NPC like Camille Ashton and Ramina al-Morwha in Glenumbra don't talk to Argonian
player-character. There is no sound and they don't move theirs libs. They just only smile.
But that happen only by the first sentence.
