Stuck in character creation, can't go forward

I was talking to my friend, when suddenly my abilities stopped working, and the server kicked me "due to an unexpected error", I closed ESO, relogged, spent about 20 minutes loading my character. That didn't work, so I decided to create a new character because I felt like it. I've clicked the "Create" button, but after that it remains gray and the game won't move forward, and I don't wanna go back because my character looks pretty badass (randomized).
Will the game move on or will it remain stuck here forever? Is anyone else getting this?
