(Sorry if this is in wrong discussion thread, unsure where to put) Why is my PC Graphics Low Quality To My PS4 Pro? What would be equal to my PS4 Pro Graphics? (without breaking budget of around $300.00) please help me build a PC Equal to My PS4 Graphics. For ESO, Many thanks.

My PC Build I made 3 yrs ago.

1. Gigabyte GA-Z77M-D3H Mother Board

2. Intel I7 (forgot which generation)

3. Intel Stock CPU cooler (came with Intel I7)

4. G skill Ripjaws memory card. (8 GB or 16GB? Hard to say, don't say how much. Only have 1)

5.gigabyte Windforce 3x graphics card. (unsure which generation)

6. Elgato gaming capture/graphics card

7. Regular hard drive

8. 550W Antec Continuous Power Supply

9. M-Disc LG super multi, Cd Drive

10. Antec GX-500 (Mid Tower?) Chassis with built in fans. (Any Recommend full tower chassis?)

My TV setting is same for both PS4 and PC, My PC can Play Ultra but poor quality. (My PS4 Pro higher quality than my PC) Both PC and PS4 have same HDMI cable to. Many thanks again.

What do you mean by "low quality"? Does it look bad aesthetically-speaking, or are you getting bad performance/low framerates? If it's the former, check your in-game settings to see if sub-sampling is set to high or not. If sub-sampling is on medium or low, the game will look like garbage.

    1. It's important for us to know what graphics card you have.

    2. PC games usually look bad on TVs because TVs have low refresh rates. Turn on v-sync in the game's settings.

Here is a Picture that I originally saved from PS4 capture and sent to friend. Then I downloaded to my tablet and uploaded here.

Not sure if this is good picture for example, but it's way bright and more beautiful on my PS4 Pro. My PC is all grey scaled on Ultra and not as bright.

I could send example of what ESO looks on PC, but huge problem. I have to reinstall everything and whole game again, finished download Windows 10, but lost everything when I plug in my old External WB Hard Drive :"( It take long time to reload game. Especially to show a pic of what it looks like on PC

PS4 PRO Picture of what looks like. (Should I take picture directly from my TV instead of In Game PS4 Capture? I think I do that to)

Here is this pic, I took but directly from my TV (tablet camera not good,) also every where I went is almost night time, so unable to show how bright it gets in daylight.

There's way too many variables left in the wind here for anyone to really help you, but I'll try.

For starters, it appears you are severely lacking in general PC knowledge, which not only makes this all the more difficult, but also begs the question "Why are you doing this??"
If you don't even know how to find the specs of your PC, you really have no business cracking one open and messing with the inards.

If you still want to try, you'll first want to download a couple free software programs to help you identify the components of your PC, as well as monitor performance: HWMonitor and CPU-Z, from CPUID.com. Both programs have a minimal impact on your system, and can run in the background if you choose (no point really, as they open immediately when you click on the .exe icon)

With those 2 programs, you will be armed with a TON of knowledge about your PC, and you can better ask the necessary questions concerning a possible upgrade.

To be honest....and this is coming from someone who used to be console-only, because I hate m/kb (sorry PC elitists)... if you're comfortable with your PS4Pro, you should probably stick with it. The main reasons to try the game on PC are the POTENTIAL for better graphics (with MUCH better fps), and of course the Add-ons....both of which require not only a strong rig, but also some decent PC knowledge to avoid more headaches than you can count.

I have a pretty strong, home-built rig ,with various component upgrades or complete overhauls over the past decade. I also built one for my wife a couple years ago, just for ESO, and we game together on the couch, with dual 60" 4K TVs , 8 feet away. We both use XBOX controllers ( I have the XB1 Elite, but she still likes the old X360 one, due to small hands). If I want to use any of the PC-centric KB/M UIs, like the expanded bank/inventory menus, I can switch on the fly with the press of a key (mapped to whatever you want, but I use the ~ ).

    My current rig:

    - Windows 10
    - ASUS P8 Z77 V-LK
    - Corsair Vengeance DDR3 RAM @ 2133 mHz , 16 GB
    - Intel i7 2600K OC'd to 3.5 GHz (oldie but still a goodie)
    - Cooler Master Hyper T2 CPU cooler
    - EVGA Nvidia GTX Titan-X Hybrid, 12 GB VRAM
    - Dual 1 TB Samsung 850 SSDs (1 for game storage, the other for Windows/apps)

Since I'm gaming on a 4K TV, instead of a smaller-but-higher-fps monitor, I'm limited to 4K/60fps. However, since no single GPU in existence can output a game of this size/scale @ 4K/60, I'm running the game with all options on Max settings, 2560x1440p @ 60fps.

I'm almost ready to pull the trigger on a complete gut-and-build, as my mobo, CPU, and RAM are starting to show their age, though still more than capable of high-end gaming. Maybe next year...

Hopefully this gives you a little help...message back or reply here if you want to follow up.

I literally can't tell if you're trolling or not, because the examples you've provided of the way the game looks on your PS4 Pro make it seem as though you've deliberately searched for angles that'll give you the lowest texture quality possible. :) My standard PS4 looks better than that 99% of the time...

In case you're being serious, it could be that the HDR settings on your PS4 Pro make the game seem more vibrant to you. Without screenshots from your PC or more information about your graphics card, it's hard to say what's going on. If you simply want colours to appear more vibrant on your PC, you can try using SweetFX: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/271358/ultra-real-lighting-and-colors-sweetfx-preset-darker-game-with-gamma-correction

5, this is an brand, think it like an car model who can go from 80 to 400 HP engine option however far more important.
4 8 or 16 MB has an impact at least if running with many programs open.
Lag for me is then having lots of stuff open, kill chrome and IE first
Task manager and performance and you get physical memory, with 8 you should only have eso on bar then playing.
HD or SSD only matter on load time.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
