Auto-update issue with Minion - updates 'hanging'.

I love my addons and I especially love Minion - its a fantastic little tool. The last few days though it's been struggling to update a few programs and instead, it just hangs showing the programs as 'updating' but they never do.
Anyone else encountered this and is it fixable?
