This should be a pretty sizeable heal. 10k+ for most people, yet it only seems to be about 1/3 rd of that most of the time. I realize it is over 2 seconds, but doesn't seem noticeable. Is it a burst? or a steady heal?
In non-CP, PvP where I was playing today my tooltip is almost 14K for this heal, about 2/3rds me health-- it's not even close.

Is there a possibility I am not seeing something correctly, or has anyone else noticed it legitimately not working?

"Targeting an off balance enemy changes this ability into Power Lash, allowing you to lash an enemy with more intense flame to deal [y] Flame Damage and stun them for 2 seconds. You also heal for [z] over 2 seconds."



I realize this isn't a magic Sorc issue, but believe it or not there are some of us actually still trying to play other classes.
