Unable to launder item

I pickpocked a NPC and I got "Velothi Tapestry, Geyser" I went to launder it and the fencer said that item can not be fenced, it's a housing item. Thank you.

There are a few of the new stealable housing items that suffer this fate.
Would be nice if it is fixed this patch, but the same bug affected some items in the homestead patch and were not fixed for months.

Are you sure the item was pickpocketed and not from a Safebox? All the painting/tapestries that are bugged so far seem to be from Safeboxes...

I actually don't remember, I was on a stealing spree, pickpocketing everyone in the room and then killing them and looting really fast. I may have taken it from a box. I wish they can fix it, the picture on it is beautiful.

I wanted to know if this issue going to be address. I still have the item in my inventory and I don't want to sell it.

Just letting everyone know who had this problem, that it's fixed. I finally launder the painting and hung it up. Thank you ESO for fixing it.
