ESO Membership Issues After Horns of the Reach

I have an active ESO account and have just recently installed all of the game dlc patches and updates. I just checked on one of my characters and see that the 2 new dungeons are listed on the world map even though I have not travelled to them yet. What I also should have for all of my characters if I am right is the Karthwolf charger mount, the Karthwolf shepherd non-combat pet, and 5 experience scrolls. Well for some reason I do not have them and I should not have to pay for the horns of the reach collectors bundle to get them again?

Can somebody please tell me what I need to do to get them for all of my characters on my account?

Mounts and pets can be found in the Collections Tab, which can be accessed through the player menu by pressing [Menu] on Xbox One and scrolling over to the Collections tab from there. If you are not seeing them, please submit a support ticket.

The mount applies to everyone as mentioned above but the scrolls were/are in the mail.

Whomever picked them up has them in their inventory but it's only 5 total not 5 per character so you'd want to place them in your bank in order to share with another character but once used, it's gone
