    Buffy the Bosmer merrily dances through forests, meadows and even dark places chasing butterflies, vampires and bosses. She cheerfully tosses springs of healing, shards and orbs of rejuvenation, auras of cleansing and even gently breathes life into others. Her small size means she cannot hold as much magicka as an Altmer so she has to rely on being adorable to make up the difference. Therefore, her cute slider in character creation is set to ‘Oh wow!’. ;)

    This one doesn't play a Bosmer, but this one does play a Khajiit, won't that qualify for hugs? Khajiits deserves more hugs than Bosmers, Khajiits have fur, so they are fluffy, Bosmers have horns, so hurts when hugged. Also Bosmers may bite you if you try to hug them. This one guarantees there will be no bites if you try to hug a Khajiit, you will feel better hugging fluffy fur, lighter even...
