Best location to solo grind 1 - 160 CP (no domes)

Can anyone tell me a location to grind a insane exp, doing solo? Like skyreach catacombs but 1 - 160 CP. Ty so much.

Normal Maelstorm can be done from level 3 with not too much effort. Not as fast as a Skyreach run with a partner but a little faster than the Alik'r Dolmen run.

You have spellscar in craglorn but its public, popular and hard for low levels.
Public dungeons is next up.

This may be farther in advance than you want to wait, but the Witches Festival is coming in October which will likely bring a double XP buff again.

Hectahame grotto in greenshade is pretty nice if you haven't completed the quest yet and can still get in there in arboretum its a pretty good place not anyone there usually either lol I grinded 50 champion points there in just a couple days

Old grind spots (from pre-1 tamriel era) still work.
For example, Bangkorai, Nilata ruins (southern part of the map)

Greenshade, Verrant Morras (perfect for squishy chars, youll have an npc healer if you havent completed the quest).

Also theres another spot in Bangkorai, if you head north from Northern Evermore wayshrine, youll see a big area with cultists and zombies. Those are also good for grinding. Theres another area with cultists and lurchers at the north-west corner of the map, that one is a bit worse, though.
Those should be easier than Spellscar or Skyreach. Hope this helps.

P.S. On the other hand, I think you could've earned cp 160 just by collecting Skyshards and clearing public dungeons (completing both quests gives a good chunk of xp+skyshard+skill point from group challenge, which is pretty cool). You'd need skill points anyway, alchemy, enchanting and an ability to improve your gear are very important.
