Dual wield and glyphs

A little bit ago I read on the forums that while dual wielding twin slashes would proc off hand enchant, but in HotR it was changed to no longer do this. I'm wondering if this is true and if so what is a reliable way to proc off hand enchant?

Yep, now only procs main hand.
There is no reliable way now, just weaving light attacks should put it in somewhere. So you're unable to choose when it does proc.

Twin slashes did not proc berserker enchant for me. Did 50 twin slashes on skeleton in a row.

It's a weird enchant, twin slashes never procced it.

Twin Slashes was indeed ninja-nerfed to now proc main hand, instead of offhand.

so just so I understand, augmenting glyphs like crusher and berserker never proc on weapon abilities (like flurry) but damage glyphs (disease, poison, oblivion) do proc on weapon skills AND light/heavy attacks?
