New player, I have toons on US and EU on my computer, is it possible to transfer toons back and forth from US to EU?

Yeah that's what I'm finding out. Kinda bummed my crown purchases on my EU toons don't carry over to the US toons, like mounts, costumes, etc. Can't transfer either so just gotta buy everything all over again, but what sucks is some stuff is only on the crown store for limited times.0
