First, I don't have ESO+.
Are dye stamps permanent? If dye a costume, and then later take it off for whatever reason, if I put the dyed costume back on at a later date will it still be dyed?

Necomis✭✭✭From what I have seen the item stays dyed until you change it. I have removed costumes or other armor pieces and put on later they stay how I had them.2
